FloraNL supports florists by offering them an optimized online service system called MijnFloraNL. This system streamlines the ordering process, reduces errors, and provides florists with an easy-to-use platform to manage orders. FloraNL partners with more than 300 florists across the Netherlands, allowing orders to be automatically directed to the appropriate florist based on the delivery region.

In addition to providing logistical support in the physical sales process, FloraNL helps florists serve their customers digitally through a webshop platform, fully integrated with the existing online service system.

The Challenge

FloraNL wanted to provide florists with the ability to serve their customers not only in their physical stores but also through their own online webshops. This posed several challenges, such as developing a user-friendly platform that would give florists full control over their product range and webshop design. Additionally, the webshop needed to be fully integrated with the existing online service system, MijnFloraNL, allowing for centralized management of all orders, inventory, and order processing.

There was a need for a flexible system that would allow florists to easily manage their products, such as flower arrangements, cards, and accessories, while offering a consistent user experience for customers. The platform also needed to be capable of processing multiple orders simultaneously and linking them to different delivery addresses, to better serve both business and private clients.

Florists can also personalize the look and feel of their webshop by setting colors, fonts, and logos to match their brand identity.

Innovine ensured seamless integration with external systems, such as Mollie for payments, and accounting systems like Twinfield, Snelstart, and Reeleezee, streamlining the administrative handling of orders. The system allows florists to serve both private and business customers 24/7, with all orders feeding directly into FloraNL’s centralized order processing system.
